...on wool

Wool patterns tend to be traumatic. It's true. You usually have to either felt them or block them, both involving yarntism (think baptism, but for your knit babies, and by immersion, and you can actually SEE the transformation). You basically have to DROWN your new creation, RUINING it, stretch it out to the desired shape, and hope it'll stay. It does, I'm told. But still. Wool + water = aaaaahhhh!!!!
