100th Post

This is the story of me and my horrible day.

First, I went to the dentist and I have cavities. In the plural. And they don't have any appointments until after I leave to go back to Iowa so I have to wait until I come back in March, which I wasn't even sure that I was planning on doing. And the plural part means it has to be done on two separate appointments and they wouldn't make both appointments, which means I'm going to have to wait until at least April to get all of them done, unless I want to go back to IckyIowaDentist.
Then I got to the party, and she forgot to bring my prezzie, which isn't a big deal, except I probably wouldn't have gone to it if it hadn't been for needing to pick up the prezzie. And the girls were loud and rambunctious and mean and I didn't get any of the food. I did get to play the piano... mostly carols and stuff.
Then I drove over to Mike school to pick up carpoolMike. But, Mike was grumpy in the car this morning, forgot to tell the carpoolMike that I was picking him up at 3, and I had to wait almost 45 minutes waiting for him to come out.
So I get home all tired and sore from being in the car for over two hours, hoping to complain to my mom about my day and have some dinner. I had decided to get my LLake water bottle out, and make some lemonade, and chill out on the couch. No one home. Water bottle lid was dirty, and I didn't have a long enough stirring rod, so I tried to dump it in a cup, but the cup wasn't big enough, and then when I did try to drink it, it tasted funky, so I dumped all of it out and will have to wait until the dishwasher gets run, hoping the water bottle makes it in, to have some lemonade.

And my wrist hurts, and I'm going to have cramps pretty soon, and when I tried to post to my blog, the stupid website went all funky (it decides to stop doing text wrapping at the end of the text box and will just go on and on and when I post it'll run off the website edge) so I'm writing this in notepad. And no one is figuring out dinner yet and I'm hungry!

And the teacher liked Jimmy's picture of a sailboat and hung it on the wall but she didn't like my picture of the invisible castle at all.
But I hear they have days like this in Australia, too. So maybe I'll just go to Iowa in 17 days. :)
