knocking things down

They're knocking down the building behind (and across a parking lot from) mine. It's AWESOME!

Today we watched the giant stuffed animal grabber (GASG) knocking down walls, and plucking giant air conditioning units off the roof and tossing them in the air.

When I first saw them doing it, I grabbed N, one of our secretaries who I know loves this stuff, and said, "N, they're taking Perkins." (It used to be a Perkins.) So we stood at the window gazing.

My favorite moment? We're watching, and the GSAG had a mouthful, went aside, put it down, and then spun around 180degrees. N sighed, and said, "It's like a pretty little ballerina." (Note: I pointed out that the GASG was bigger than any ballerina I'd ever met.)
