I have been doing a lot of knitting lately. Here you can see the blue bag I made. (Via Diagonale on Knitty) It had icord straps, magnetic snaps, plastic support lining, and fabric lining. Below you can begin to see the type of fabric that I used.
Yes, those are killer whales. No one steals from the killer whale purse. No one.Below you can see the inner pockets I made for it.

Glad I got to see this in person. It looks so great. I am jealous.
It has me thinking I should make a bag for myself. But at the rate I knit these days...*laugh* I know if I knit it, it will sit around unlined for years if not decades.
I am embarrassed to admit I knit a bag for a friend in Dec. 2008. Still missing a single button for a closure, much less a lining which I was intending. So it still is sitting at home. I finally saw her in person a couple weeks ago. Gave her the wrap I spun and knit for her. But the purse remains in limbo!
