- Breakfast: 7:30. Scrambled eggs, bacon, 'tato of the day, caffeine (liquid)
- Wake up: 7:32, after consuming caffeine
- Shower, dress, work on project: figure out new search terms that may help find books
- Library: 2 of four books don't actually have anything to do with project. 1 is out, but apparently the library can recall a book if it's been out more than two weeks.
- Work on project.
- Chapel: singing in choir, communion assisting.
- Battlefield promotion awarded to George, as I was shaking, having a hard time talking, and my hands were whiter than my polyester death trap of a choir robe. (Meaning: after I communed George his wine, I handed him the cup, raced outside, shed the robe faster than humanly possible, and sat in the breeze with my head down for awhile.)
- Lunch, taking my time to get hydrated and rebloodsugared, and reassuring the professor who had communed before George that he was right in being worried about my incredibly shaky hands and paleness, but that I was better now. (He asked what happened. I said, "My choir robe is what happened." He said, "Oh. I thought you were having a Luther moment." Me: "No, the problem was humidity, not piety." (When Luther was a young priest, he tended to freak-massive-out about the importance of the elements and not spilling and OMG-it's-Jesus! and all that.))
- Fight with copier for handouts for presentation.
- Present. (Went really well, actually.)
- Listen to other people present.
- Smile inside every time an important (but previously unexplored) dichotomy that I mentioned in my presentation ends up applying to other people's projects.
- Dinner. (Yes, class is 3.5 hours long and goes from lunch to dinner.)
- Call mom. (A day when you almost pass out AND have an important presentation that you're worried about is not complete until you've called your mom and felt better.)
- Research on student body constitution.
- Student body meeting, including my own presentation because, apparently, I'm the chair of the elections committee. SB meeting last 1.5 hours.
- Home, PJs, free hair (still wet) from bun, deep breath.
- Blog.
