I have a disorder. It's called "bored so I look at knitting patterns all day and then want to knit forever for the rest of my life"-iosis. Aka: bsilakpadatwtkfftromliosis. Or bsilakpiosis for short. It's a problem.
Today, the problem is that I'm looking at knit clothes. Specifically, I have fallen in love with knit skirts. I'm getting really optimistic about YE, and if I get in and get to go where I want, I'll be spending a year partially in the states, and partially in Australia. Knit skirts.
I'll be in a band, and people in band have very specific styles, unique-like. Knit skirts.
One of my professors (one that I have issues with as a prof) has the COOLEST! personal style. I pretty much just want her wardrobe. But it's more of a grown-up wardrobe than a traveling musician wardrobe. So I make notes on what she wears (no, really, I do) and will keep those ideas in mind when I'm a grown-up-grown-up.
The knit skirts are all modest enough for YE, and I think will fit into my future wardrobe. Knit skirts.
Knit skirts allow you to express personal style in a unique way (think different colors, etc), but can be modest, and work in several varying temperature climates.
Knit. Skirts.
I've also discovered a pattern for a knit guitar strap. So, later today, after I call the controller's office (which is what I'm doing next) and then Tabitha (my guitar) and I are going to raid mom's stash and pick out colors. And, before knitting, we'll wait for mom to get home, make her tea, and then ask if we can use some of her yarn.
Knit. Skirts.

Hey - where's my tea???
Hope you find some knit skirt patterns you like. I am sure there are some good ones. I am sure Ravelry will help with that. I adore the pattern search. It has gotten me into more trouble... *grin*
