Saturday

So I went to the doctor today. I had an appointment on campus for Monday, but I needed to know if I was contagious and going to give my internship children whatever it is I've got. Plus, I like eating and not being dehydrated. It was a different doctor, since it's a Saturday, once I'd never seen before. Doctor said it was a viral blah blah, probably picked up from my internship children (and, in my opinion, since I haven't been around so many children in so long a time, my immune system has become weakened against their superior germiness). I was most contagious in my first 48 hours, so I've done whatever damage I was. I'm sorry to anyone who gets this next. Take Suddafed and carry GermX (which is what I'm doing now). If I'm not improved in a week, I go back.

I have a date for my senior recital!! March 13, 8pm. You know where. It's already a facebook event, but I've only invited the far away people. I know most of them won't be able to make it, but at least they'll know about it.

I've pretty much almost gotten all of my music picked out for the recital. Have to run some of my latest choices by my prof, but I'm pretty happy with what I've chosen.

I'm almost done decorating my room. Pictures will be available once I've gotten to that point in my to-do list.

Oh! And something my doctor said which was totally way cool. Well, two things. Ready? First, when she checked my ear to see if I had a dreaded ear infection (which I don't, yay!), she said that it looked like they did a really really good job on the surgery. Which is a yay.

And then, she said that I'm healthy. (Well, other than the viral thing from the children.) Me! Healthy! I must've looked confused, 'cause she was all, "the thyroid and the asthma's nothing..." Me! Healthy! Cool.
